**We will still have the old booking system for now, so don't worry if you have already booked in via the website; your booking still stands for Term 10.
Instructions to book into your iSpin classes for the first time:
1. Go to www.groovio.com.au or your mobile App store and download the app.
2. Search in the bar for iSpin and the option of iSpin Aerial Dance comes up - select it as the studio you want to book
3. Tap ‘Book Now’ - This takes you to the calendar
4. Choose the date of the first class you would attend in week 1
- Start date of the next term will be up the top
- No need to book into Aerial Time if you are attending a 5-week course
- Scroll down to see all classes; to get back to calendar view, click top right expand button
5. Click ‘Book Now’ of the class you want to book
6. Scroll down to read further info and class description
7. Click the large, purple ‘Book Now’ down the bottom
8. Scroll down to see the details of your class booking
9. Tick the ‘Accept Waiver Policy’ after you have reviewed it
10. If you want to pay a deposit only, tap the ‘Pay Now’ button - the balance of fees will be deducted from your account 48 hours before your first class
11. If you want to pay for a full term, tick the ‘Pay in Full Now’ box, then tap the ‘Pay Now’ button
12. You will be asked to save your card details on the app and this will make it convenient for future purchases
13. Finish your booking (you will get a confirmation email) and if booking more classes, head back to the next class you want to book and pay for this too - you will automatically receive the class discounts as it will be saved in your profile; this will prevent accidentally booking a class twice
14. Once you have ticked the waiver and questionnaire box for the first time, you won’t have to do that again - we recommend checking out T&Cs every now and then in case there are changes.
