Vamp!
Time to get your sexy on with iSpin’s floor work class. VAMP combines floor work (dance performed on the floor) with basic pole moves and dance choreography. It leans more into exotic dancing than our other classes and is heavier on choreography. It’s open to all genders, levels and experience. What to wear: Leggings or shorts; you don’t need to have leg grip for VAMP. You can wear heels, sneakers or go barefoot – if you don’t have heels, you can borrow some of ours. Knee pads are essential and we have some for sale at the studio if needed. Please arrive 10 minutes early for all classes, especially the first one so we can introduce and familiarise you with the studio.
