Please arrive 10 minutes early for all classes, especially the first one so we can introduce and familiarise you with the studio.
What to wear
Leggings or pants that are not loose, including tops – the sling can catch on baggy clothes. Most students wear socks or go barefoot.
You can bring your own yoga mat or use one of ours.
*Please remove all jewellery. The slings can form ladders by sharp accessories. Small/smooth piercings are fine.
Beginner Sling
Sling is a beginner level class so is very accessible if you’re completely new to aerial fitness. It’s the softest/simplest of the aerial styles but with enough challenge for the stronger and more confident students. Throughout the term you’ll build up towards an entire sequence of moves.
Advanced sling
Advanced sling is aimed at an intermediate to advanced level. You’ll build on the foundations you learnt in Beginners sling, with a range of tricks, combinations, technique, acrobatics, tumbling and transitions. There is a routine aimed at intermediate level with the option of harder extensions.
If you’re unsure whether you’re ready to move up to Advanced, talk to your instructor before class, or send an email to info@ispin.com.au.
