Returning to pole after having a baby? Or just had a bub and keen to get back into exercise? Then Mums and bubs is for you. These supervised practice sessions are open to everyone, however, they are designed for parents and caregivers to bring their young children while they train. Music is quieter and be aware, there will be babies so, ah, expect a certain amount of baby related noise.
Note: Please speak to your doctor before returning to/beginning aerial sports after having a baby. Our instructors are not qualified women’s health physios and are unable to offer medical advice.
