Each week you will work with different equipment such as pole, TheraBand, blocks, ankle/wrist weights etc. You’ll increase your heart rate with cardio and strengthening tracks that will work the whole body, followed by various stretches designed to increase your flexibility. Learn some helpful tips and techniques for flexibility conditioning such as dynamic, active splits, isolated movement, yoga, and much more!
What to wear:
Whatever you’d wear to the gym. On your feet either wear sneakers or go barefoot. Please bring a perspiration towel and water bottle. You can bring your own yoga mat or use one of ours.
Please arrive 10 minutes early for all classes, especially the first one so we can introduce and familiarise you with the studio.
