You can purchase packages for 20% off. Want to do 8 or more? It is just a flat rate of $198 and you can come to as many as you like over the break! Simply choose your package, pay for it, then go back and select the workshops you want to do. When it’s time to select payment, use the package to pay for your classes. Email us with any queries.

We have a variety of classes available, all developed and delivered to you by the instructors. They have each put in a lot of work to create something for you that they think you will love.
The workshop timetables are below and are split up into December and January. The first day of our summer workshop series starts early, tomorrow!

Aerial Time
Separate to the workshops, we will be running Aerial Time sessions for you to just come and have a play! No pressure or routines. Work on whatever you like. Each session is just $10, or free when you pay for the 8+ package.
Aerial time will run at 12pm on:

Splits Flex
Join us for a specialised workshop focused on developing the strength and control needed for safe, sustainable splits progression. Whether you’re working towards floor splits, standing splits, or wall-supported variations, this session will teach you evidence-based techniques to build the foundational strength that supports long-term flexibility gains.
Learn proper engagement patterns, progressive loading strategies, and how to balance flexibility work with strength development to protect your joints and connective tissues. Suitable for all levels from those just beginning their splits journey to experienced practitioners looking to refine their technique and prevent injury.

Twerk Technique
Ready to level up your twerk game? This workshop breaks down the fundamentals of twerking technique while building the strength and control to execute moves with confidence and power!
We’ll explore different twerk styles and variations, work on targeted conditioning to support your practice, and bring it all together in a fun, high-energy routine you can take home with you.
Whether you’re brand new to twerking or looking to refine your skills, this is a supportive space to learn, laugh, and celebrate what your body can do. Expect great music, good vibes, and a full-body workout that’s as empowering as it is entertaining. All levels welcome and bring knee pads!

Sling Yoga
Come along for an evening of stretching out your body, tense from all that Christmas prep. Join us for a Beginners sling class that’s very different to what we usually do. Indulge in relaxation, luxurious stretching and delicious herbal tea.
Go on, you deserve it! Wear leggings, nothing loose, including tops – you want to be able to slide in the sling. Give yourself the option of long and short sleeve tops.

Ball-Werk
Combining the art of dance with a yoga ball, prepare to ‘werk’ your body with this cheeky workshop! You can expect a great core, and balance workout, as well as flexibility conditioning. Prepare to get down and dirty with Sophie’s signature floor choreography incorporating the yoga ball! Open to all levels, knee pads recommended.

Lyra with a twist
Regardless if you are new to Aerial hoop or a long time student, this workshop will inspire and teach you new skills. This workshop will incorporate dance choreography, aerial tricks, as well as using lyra in the untraditional scene. Prepare to work physically and mentally, while experiencing a new found love for the apparatus. Leggings and a comfortable top that covers your tummy is advised.

Sling Tricks
Come and try sling for the first time OR learn some new aerial hammock skills! This is an open class with progressions, catering to all levels. Sling will have you feeling graceful and if you like, dare to flip and drop!
- Wear leggings and bring a light top that covers your armpits
- Bare feet or socks is the norm

Mums & Bubs Plus
Mums, dads, all parents welcome! This is a different M&Bs to what we usually deliver. You will do some fun things on the pole, have a chat and socialise, plus learn some safe pregnancy and post-partum stretches. You can bring babies or leave them at home, up to you as this class is for the parents!

Chair + Pole
Learn how to combine two apparatuses – Chair and Pole! This workshop focuses on tricks, strong foundational moves, and smooth, sexy transitions. We’ll break everything down and finish with a short routine set to a Metallica track for a harder, more powerful feel. Taught by Josie, ex-exotic dancer and iSpin instructor.
This class is welcoming, supportive, and open to anyone keen to try something a bit different and build confidence with chair and pole work.
- Open to all levels; some pole experience is desired but not essential
- Wear leggings or pants
- Kneepads are recommended and heels optional but lots of fun!

Doubles Couples
Who wants their significant other or bestie to try pole with them??? This is your chance to do some relationship bonding and have a laugh together during the Christmas and new year chaos.
Join us for some beginner doubles moves, as well as some harder options for those who are experienced, even if their partner is not. If you don’t have a partner and are still interested, then we will partner with you! Wear shorts and a top that doesn’t cover your armpits.

Pole Tricks
Tricks, tricks, tricks! This class is designed for bridging and higher levels, as inverts will be included. Moves can also be combined for added challenges. There is no dance routine in this class, just a bunch of pole tricks to add to your repertoire!

Pole As Your Partner
Join Michelle, a trained ballroom and Salsa dancer, for a sultry routine using the pole as your Salsa dance partner! You will swish and sway around the pole in this beginner-friendly choreo class. Wear something to dance in, legs exposed. Heels optional.

Pole Flow
Welcome our guest instructor Ivana Lorella by joining her class! Come and learn a short sensual, slinky flow routine.
Feel sexy and flowy as you learn how to link your moves with smoothness that mesmerises.
- Open to all levels; some pole experience is desired but not essential
- Designed to be done in heels, but not compulsory
- Kneepads required (sold at the studio, if you need)

Handstands
Our most skilled handstander Kat, is ready to show you the tips and tricks to master a handstand.
Never done a handstand before? No worries! No experience needed, just come along to learn the fundamentals, or come and practice yours if it has been a while! Strength, balance and technique with the ultimate aim of doing a handstand.
There’ll be yoga, strength and some gymnastics drills thrown in for good measure.

Bootcamp
Let’s get our hearts pumping! Working on your strength and cardio outside of your usual aerial classes helps you improve your stamina and reach your aerial goals. Emma’s motto – sweat with a smile!
- No pole skills required
- Bring a small towel and water bottle
- May wear sneakers, just socks or go bare foot

Back Flex
Missed our back bend workshop, or want to do more? Ease back into your flexibility practice after the Christmas break with a workshop dedicated to shoulders and back mobility.
This session is designed to help you reconnect with your body and rebuild range of motion in a safe, sustainable way after time off.
We’ll work through targeted techniques to release tension, improve thoracic mobility, and open up the shoulders and spine. Perfect for those looking to get back on track with their flexibility goals or address stiffness that’s built up over the holiday period.
Leave feeling lengthened, energised, and ready to kick off the new year with a solid foundation for your flexibility practice. All levels welcome; meet yourself where you’re at!
