Sling

Sling classes include stretching, balancing, inverting, dangling, strengthening, aerial acrobatic tricks and sequences; all using the fabric sling. Sling is a Beginner level class so very accessible to those completely new to aerial fitness – the softest/simplest of the aerial styles but with enough challenge for the stronger and more confident students.

Beginners

Beginners includes pole tricks, cardio fitness, strengthening and a routine. No previous dance or fitness experience is required.

Bridging

Bridging includes pole tricks, cardio fitness, strengthening and a routine. This is the level where you become comfortable upside down on the pole and learn to hold weight bearing moves.

Intermediate

In Intermediate you will develop confidence with upside down moves and progress to more complex combinations and routines. This level is a challenging strength and cardio workout.

iSpin AM

This is a fitness focused class that runs for 45 minutes in the morning that encourages a solid workout before the working day begins.

TRIX (information about both levels)

The Intermediate/Advanced Trix class is our most difficult class, although we offer this to both Intermediate and Advanced levels as there is a wider variety of both Intermediate and Advanced TRIX! It is not assumed that everyone in the class will be able to attempt every move (there are different levels for most moves) but Intermediate students can still get a lot out of this class. The class focuses on a range of pole tricks and putting them together into combinations. We also incorporate the Aerial Hoop in this class. Just stick to your level; this ensures safety!

For the Beginner/Bridging Trix class, the structure is very similar to the above and we also incorporate the Aerial Hoop, however the Trix are much easier so newcomers welcome!

Guy Spin

Guy Spin is for males only. It is structured like a Trix class (above) but targeting the more strength oriented pole, combining Chinese Pole Trix for men.

iSpin Pole Time/Studio Time

Pole Times are our weekend Pole Time sessions, which are free sessions on Saturdays at 12pm and Sundays at 2pm. These classes are designed to be freestyle and/or ‘catch-up’ lessons. There is a mix of levels in Pole Time and an instructor to help with all levels. (NB: often Pole Time sessions involve sharing Poles).

Studio Times are also free sessions when the studio is open for self-motivated student use. During Friday Studio Time we encourage everyone to bring cameras and video cameras!

Private Lessons

These cater to individual or small group fitness needs.
